Since our inception in 1963, SEO Scholars has been committed to providing underserved students with the resources and guidance necessary to gain admission to, and graduation from, the nation\u2019s most competitive colleges and universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Academic Achievement Program(AAP): <a href=\"https:\/\/cas.nyu.edu\/aap.html\">https:\/\/cas.nyu.edu\/aap.html<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Academic Achievement Program (AAP) promotes, facilitates, and advocates for a welcoming campus community by centering the experiences of Black, Latine, and Indigenous students. AAP provides a family atmosphere where students can make lasting friendships, seek refuge from classes and daily stresses, and push their limits to achieve their potential in all aspects of their academic journey at NYU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PreProBono Fellowship: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.preprobono.org\/fellowship-mission\">https:\/\/www.preprobono.org\/fellowship-mission<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PreProBono Fellowship is a highly selective one year program that prepares promising public-interest minded students who are in financial need or part of an underrepresented group to gain acceptances into the top law schools in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FAFSA: <a href=\"https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/h\/apply-for-aid\/fafsa\">https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/h\/apply-for-aid\/fafsa<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colleges and career schools use the FAFSA form to determine how much financial aid you&#8217;re eligible to receive, which could include grants, scholarships, work-study funds, and loans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AmeriCorps: <a href=\"https:\/\/americorps.gov\/about\/what-we-do\">https:\/\/americorps.gov\/about\/what-we-do<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AmeriCorps members and AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers support students in public, private, and charter schools, as well as out of school time programs, across the country. AmeriCorps&#8217; work provides cost-effective, high impact services to address schools\u2019 most pressing needs and ensure students are ready for college, careers, and full participation in civic life. Evidence shows AmeriCorps members and volunteers improve attendance and engagement, increase high-school graduation rates and expand college enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Peace Corps: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.peacecorps.gov\/about-the-agency\/\">https:\/\/www.peacecorps.gov\/about-the-agency\/<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peace Corps is invited into countries to work alongside communities to achieve the community\u2019s stated goals. As invited guests, Peace Corps staff and Volunteers are often a bridge to mutually understanding differences, including social identities and their relationship to culture and history across contexts.
